This little gem is a stand alone house that is within a 5 minute walk to your private access to the beach. Walk under the mangrove trees to your beach and experience the calm and convenience of the private beach. This home has 2 bedrooms ( one with a king bed and the other with 2 twins) and 2 full baths ( one with a walk in shower and one with a bathtub. The kitchen is so cute with Bosche appliances, the outdoor grill is handy when you come home from the beach. The home comes with a single covered carport and a laundry area that comes with a full washer and dryer. If you need to work – a little cute office is right off your bedroom with a printer/scanner. Xfinity internet and cable brings this place up to speed. The outdoor shower is a wonderful landing spot after a full day in the sand. This home is within 3 minutes of a walk to the marina view pool. There is a kayak launch and rack for storage if you want to bring your kayak. 1 small dog under 25 lbs is allowed – it is a HOA rule so nothing bigger, but I am a doggie mom and love dogs!
